The Water Purveyors Association of Kitsap (WaterPAK) began in 1993 as a collaboration of drinking water suppliers and related agencies in and around Kitsap County. WaterPAK advises county and governmental officials on water issues and standards.
We also participate in public events at the Kitsap Fairgrounds, educating both kids and adults on conservation, water quality and quantity, and other areas concerning drinking water. You will find our booths at the Home & Remodel Expo, Kids’ Day, and the Kitsap Fair. WaterPAK encourages the public to use water efficiently and avoid waste, which will ensure a healthy water supply today in the future.
Our Mission
- Gather and disseminate information regarding water utility service and water resources.
- Establish a network of communication for water purveyors.
- Support implementation of and recommend changes to the Kitsap County Coordinated Water System Plan.
- Provide public education about water conservation, quantity, and quality.
